1. HR Round- Asked general questions on current and past experience 2. Technical Round- Asked regarding documentation skills and database related 3. Assignment Submission - Gave an assignment of product related to payment 4. HR Round - Final round of package

Interview
Completely unprofessional behaviour. HR team did not start with the initial screening round.
Straight away gave me an assignment to complete. Post which, there were 2 rounds with a Sr PM and a Product head.
After clearing them all, there was no HR round. Did not ask my previous CTC, expected CTC and offered me a CTC somewhat similar to my previous CTC. Complete waste of time completing all these assignment tasks and going through multiple rounds of video interviews.
