Safety4Sea interview questions

The two interviewers very quickly alternated between professional and personal questions in a very forced manner that felt like an interrogation. I'm sure it was meant to test for readiness or something but it was just very awkward. They also advertise this position too frequently. There was also a Microsoft Office "test" without a computer (just pen and paper) which I found weird.
