I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sabre (Montevideo) in Mar 2012
Interview
I sat with two supervisors in a room, where they explained the process, what type of work environment they have, about the company culture. The mood was relaxed and casual. I felt they were genuinely interested in finding the right candidate. They were prepared (I could see they have read my CV and asked questions about it, how I liked particular job and what else I did in between). I had two interviews and each time was with two different supervisors. It was obvious one was more experienced than the other.
My personal experience was good, but I've heard that some interviews were done by a product specialists who might not have proper skills to evaluate a candidate. That showes me lack of respect for hiring process and job applicants.
