1. Call with recruiter (she told me about the job and its requirements)
2. Call with hiring manager (walked him through my resume)
3. Group interview with hiring manager + team (answered questions about resume, technical questions about Angular, Node.js, git)
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at SWIFT (Arlington, VA) in Dec 2022
Interview
3 interviews total. Initial interview was just describing my background and what qualifications I have with a single company recruiter. Second interview was with the group manager. This one was slightly technical but mostly behavioral questions. Third interview was a technical interview in python and c++ with 3 senior managers. I had to share my screen and code in front of them for an hour.

Question 1
Write a function that inputs a string and returns that string reversed
There were rounds of technical interviews was asked about data structures and multithreading. Was asked about background from school and side projects and hypothetical situations when dealing with bugs. The interviews were roughly about an hour each. The interviewers seemed very friendly and was able answer any questions I had about the company.
