Hiring process was very causal and the interviewer created a comfortable environment for me to ask any questions. It was very informative and I was also given a tour of the facility. Unfortunately I was supposed to interview with other staff but everyone was too busy on that day. I also could have been given better instructions on how to arrive to the room where the interview was being held and I was almost late to arrive.

Interview
Applied on their website -> scheduled a recruiter interview and it lasted 60 seconds-> director interview with 2 people -> peer panel interview -> offer or no offer. A pretty simple easy process.
Phone screening with Human Resources followed by virtual interview with hiring manager. This was followed by in person tour of clinic and secondary interview with manager and other clinic manager, was offered job on the spot.
