Interview
Positive experience talking with the team, but not satisfied with the recruitment process. The recruiter was not updating or answering the e-mails. At first, eager to schedule an interview, but as soon as the focus changed to internal candidates, HR did not give any feedback and kept quiet for 2-3 weeks. Moreover, the role description from the team and recruitment person was a bit different making the responsibilities unclear.
