SAS Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) interview questions

Unclear one month interview process, Took 5 hours interview but GHOSTING recruiter and manager, Too many fossilized people(hoping they really like there and stay productive) I found the process very useless and disrespectful when even they don’t let you know what’s their last decision

I got call from HR and i told them I am looking for X lac CTC that time they said it is ok, after I had excellent interviewws and got selected, they sent me offer letter of just X-2 lac. I currently have X - 3 lac ctc, so i asked why would i join just for 1 lac. I already have X+1 offer from other company but still asked to give me X so I will accept this offer letter. If a company can't give 20-30% hike to new joiner then what can i expect hike after joining. Worst behaviour by HR. Technical + Manager interviewers were decent but HRs behaviour was like if you want to join SAS then join in this CTC only otherwise we will look for other candidate. If company can't afford salary hike to new hires then why did they fake and take all interviews. Whosoever read my view, I am sure you will understand and keep away from this organization. They really dont want to hire anyone.
