Three weeks after I applied via the website, a phone interview was scheduled. It lasted about 50 minutes. The recruiter acted very arrogantly, posed some nosy questions that were not connected with the position, my skills nor personality. She was sighing very loudly to the phone when I was talking about my experience to let me know that I am obviously not a good fit for the job. She also treated my experience with a lot of disrespect (although almost none experience are required for this position). She told me that she will schedule one more interview for me in a week to check my foreign language skills, and we'll see how that goes. It's been a month since I called with her and I got no response so far, so I guess that simply means NO. Is it really so hard to send an email saying I didn't pass, when both of us already spent quite some time with the process? At least it's polite..
I have never talked to such an unprofessional and disrespectful HR person. After the call, I was really turned down by her attitude and lost quite a lot of interest in the position.
