I sent in an application on saturaday (the day of the deadline), was invited to sit the numerical test within 2 days and then subsequently asked to come for a first round interview 3 days later.

So there was a mathematical test that needed to be done and then after 1 week was invited to first round interview (with business rep and HR). On the day they make you do a maths test.

First round interview in person, started with a numerical test followed by a short 15 min interview. People were generally nice and gave a mix of technical and general questions, along with queries about previous experience I'd out on my CV
