I waited 15 minutes, and as soon as I was called into my interview session my manager asked only two questions. After answering the two she told me after she received the background check I was able to work. Three days later she called my and told me i had the job.
The Ross cashier interview is brief and straightforward, focusing on customer service, handling busy environments, basic math, availability, and reliability. It often includes situational questions and may be followed by a quick hiring decision.
They ask basic work experience questions, basic problem solving questions, they confirm your availability and let you know you’ll receive an email/ phone call with start date and so on
Thorough and very detailed. It's a particular answer they are looking for. And you will know through the interview if you are doing well. And there are quite a few questions.
