I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half in Nov 2010
Interview
I actually applied for a job that was only posted a week prior for a HR Assistant. They called and said they were at the end of the hiring process and the client was making the decision already. It seemed like they found people right away to interview. They asked me to apply for a Staffing Manager. I interviewed with them for that position.

Question 1
What is your next step in your career ?
What do you need to make? (This is a main question for them)
Can you meet vaccine requirements
Would you work in person or would you need remote or be open to hybrid?
If you work in person do you need your own office?
Location you'll commute to.
Essentially they want to know what are your job requirements so they can accurately match employers hiring needs as quickly as possible without have to go back and forth.
They were not looking for a lot of grey area.
I had a FaceTime interview with Robert Half and it was a great experience. I am waiting to be placed, but the overall interview was very helpful in my search. It was very informative and I am happy with the experience thus far!

Question 1
What type of role are you seeking and what are you looking for out of it.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Addison, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
You have a quick 20 minute interview with basic behavior questions and going over your background. This type of interview with a staffing company is nothing more than for them to feel you out and have a look at you. I got an offer, but after carenow fumbled my drug screen, my offer got pulled and I had to do a second drug screen. After finishing onboarding and trying to make sure that was done daily by checking up the recruiter acted very annoyed and said she would be looking and doesn't have any positions to go over. My prior phone call before my 2nd drug screen was done, she told me she could talk about positions till I get my drug screen completed. It's a complete joke and it's smoke and mirrors games. I get reached out to by a director and told to stop reaching out to my recruiter. Quite the interview and onboarding experience. 2 drug screens, passed onboarding and now I'm quite sure I've been blackballed. No one responds even though the director will tell you they're looking. Sure. The recruiter I had added on linkedin unconnected and blocked me. She's no where to be found now. Very shady business going on with Robert Half in north dallas.
