I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA) in May 2015
Interview
Went into office. Sat in a meeting room and was just asked simple interview questions. There were no hard questions or anything out of the ordinary. Just asked about my work experience and how that prepared me for the position i was applying for. The woman I interviewed with was very friendly and excited about what she was doing. They take some time explaining what the position entails to make sure you are not only the right fit for them, but this job is the right fit for you. This took up like half of the interview.

Question 1
What was a time displayed leadership at your current position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Robert Half (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was like any other. I had a phone interview, and then met with the Regional Vice President. From my experience, the company or at least the recruiter I dealt with was very disorganized. Every time that I spoke with her she would ask me questions that I had already given her the answer to. Also, they had set the interview with the Regional VP in the Tampa office, and then the morning of the interview day they call me to tell me that the interview was going to be in Orlando. I was already an hour into driving to Tampa. Although, the people I interviewed were friendly, all in all I think it was a waste of my time.
