Interview
I was called in for an interview, met with the VP and then his office manager. Overall the interview took about an hour. They then invited me to come in and observe the staff to get a feel for the job. I was again there for about an hour. A week later I was called in to meet with the district manager. After I met with the district manager and then again with the VP they asked me what my salary expectations were, said they could meet them, asked about upcoming vacations which I had one in two weeks and was told they wouldn't offer it to me until I got back. That was the last time I heard from them, I consistently followed up with them receiving no response. After I got back from vacation I once again reached out to them only to be told they gave the job to someone else. Not even telling me until I reached out. I was passionate about the job and declined other lesser jobs because of the positive feedback I got throughout the interview process with robert half. Over all I'm disappointed in the lack of communication from them on their end and I hope they treat their candidates with more care than they did me.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
