Phone interview - I had a really good candidate experience. The recruiter who interviewed me is an absolute star, asking all the right questions and being very thoughtful with her approach. Although I didn't proceed to further stages, I wish nothing but the best to the team.

There was a 2 Step interview process. 1 Hiring Manager call 1 onsite with 4 interviewers all separate not a panel. The process was fairly quick. The hiring manager was pretty good about helping me through the process and answering any questions

Interview
The Recruiting leader reached out to me about an opportunity. Went through 3 rounds of interviews and then was told they aren't moving forward with me because I don't have specific experience within that field. They knew that going in and yet still continued to waste my time and theirs.
Overall I had good a experience with everyone I met and would have loved to have worked for the company.
My recommendation is if you are looking for someone with specific experience then don't reach out to people that don't have that. Seems like common sense to me.
