Applied online, rec'd email seeking phone interview,, had phone interview with 3 people on the line, 2 days later rec'd email requesting in person interview. Set up interview for the following week, met with 5 people. All seemed to go well, then nothing....crickets...radio silent...never heard a word from them again. Very odd. I have never been through a process that involved and just left hanging without even a form email cutting me loose. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Seems to be consistent with other people dealing with this company.

Interview
A truly confused process, I interviewed remotely with several entities at the home office. The job posting was for a claims handler, however several of the people I interviewed with said it was actually for a claims overseer, which is a very different position for which I’d no experience. Once I learned this, I questioned if I should even go forward in the process but was encouraged to do so. I asked for clarification as to which job I was interviewing for, I got contradictory answers. Eventually I was rejected for the job because I lacked experience in claims oversight, but recall that the posting for a claims handler. I complained about the process but was told that I was to be considered for handler position, when I followed up with this, I was told actually that there was no handler’s position available. The entire thing was a waste of time and pto.

The interview was very good and everyone was very friendly. Some of the interviewers were not prepared with the questions and did not seem very interested or serious about the interview
