Incredible interview process, you have the opportunity of talking to extremely talented people. It does take quite a bit of time considering that Riot Games has to ensure that the select the appropriate person who can live the Riot Manifesto. During the process Riot has provided feedback that allows you to understand what you did well and what you need to continue focusing in order to get better at it.
