I emailed my resume to HR in response to an online advertisement, was contacted shortly thereafter and set up an interview for later that week. While speaking with HR on the phone, I asked for additional details about the job and was told I would learn them at the interview.
When I arrived, I filled out some basic application paperwork and took a word-association quiz. I did have to wait 20 minutes past the scheduled time for the interview to begin. During the interview I learned that the actual position did not match the advertisement description and it did not fit my experience. The interviewer realized this also and ended the interview quickly, saying they would get back to me.
