There were four stages, a phone screening, an interview with someone in HR, an interview with the plant manager, then an interview with a VP
phone screeing and HR were super easy, just asking about your resume
Very good! They asked good questions that were related to the job. The one thing I would change is maybe for it to be not quite as long. Other than that they were very helpful with my questions for them and for the company. they gave me a good idea of what its like to work there.
