Recruitment questions based on previous experience include: please introduce yourself and summarize your professional background, describe relevant roles and responsibilities, highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) you were measured on, and explain the concrete results or achievements you delivered in those roles. No tests or assessments are included in this set of questions.

Interview
I took the CCAT test and then the recruiter called me. Although the call went well, the recruiter did not ask for my resume and there was no information or questions regarding salary. The questions are very general, the call is more like an introduction to the role.
