I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Barcelona) in May 2024
Interview
Generally it was one of the worst interviews I ever had. The recruiter cancelled and rescheduled the screen call 4 times, and each time the timeslots were more inconvienient (7 am local time!). When I asked for another timeslots, my email was ignored, just to get a reminder from the rectuiter 3 days later that I haven't selected a time for screening.
During the call the recruiter has it's camera off, and after 10 min left the call due to "bad connection", although I felt like she didn't wanted to talk with me at all. The attitude was very visible. She didn't followed up on anything I said, just asked me about my salary expectations and availability. She didn't even had my resume on hand, she asked me for a LinkedIn link to my profile... The day later I got an email saying that they will not progress further with my candidacy.
My question is: if I said nothing more than I had in my resume, why would you even bother to schedule a (4!) call just to reject me? You could do that based on my resume. I don't have issues with the rejection, but with a terrible recuiter and the attitude and my wasted time to schedule and attend this call.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Literally nothing, except salary expecations and availability.
Didn't even come back to me even though I spent ages preparing for the interview. The interviewers seemed like they were in a rush to get to another meeting than give attention to the candidate
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2026
Interview
HR screening > Problem solving session > Product Skills session > Bar Raiser interview. Overall good pricess, with good guidance provided before each interview and flexibility to choose interview times and fit your own schedule.
Started with a 15min screening with the recruiter, they explain the hiring process and the next step was a problem solving interview. Total of 4 steps finishing with a bar raiser interview with the CPO

Question 1
They gave a high level prompt about an investment product that stopped growing. You had to ask for data and explain your thought process. The difficulty is that I had to be very specific with the datapoints asked.
