-Meeting with Head of Sales
-Meeting with Head of Sales & CFO
-Then after all that... a behavioural assessment (PPA & GIA) basically word association games, laughable that its included in this stage of the interview process (we're already nearing 1 month in at this point)
-Interview task with CFO, Head of Sales & CEO, account growth plan. Overall this was a horrible experience with constant unprofessional interjections from the CEO.
Most of the questions from him had very little to do with what I was speaking about or the role, maybe some advanced form of intimidation tactic? I'm not sure, either way, it was really weird and I decided I wouldn't take the job even if I got the offer the second I left.
To summarise: super bloated process that ends with you getting chewed out
