The process had 3 rounds, Basic, technical and HR. The question usually revolved around Work experience. the process was a bit cumbersome. Reliance retail only preferred girl though, they took only girls.
I had 2 rounds. The 1st one was Aptitude test which is easy and the next one was with business heads. The business heads were quite friendly and made the process easy
