Referred by another manager I have bee called by the store manager for a position as supervisor in her store. After few weeks we managed to arrange a face to face interview in her store.

What experience do you have with dealing with staff issues such as disciplinary?
Loved working for this company in the uk and Australia. Should pay more for their staff though as they expect everything but don’t pay out. Good staff discount / uniform allowance.

3 stages of interviews with different managers at each stage, the final interview required a presentation and SWOT analysis. The managers interviewing were all very professional and also put me at ease and asked some interesting questions
