After I met Regeneron at my university and applied online in October for a summer intern position, I was contacted by phone and email to see if I was interested in interviewing for a spring/summer position. We scheduled a video interview that was recordable, where I could record multiple times for most of the questions till I was confident with my response. After about 5 business days, I received a phone call to schedule an interview with a hiring manager. They called right on time, asked about my experiences in my current lab and then some behavioral questions for about 30-40 minutes. They said they would get back to me within a week, but they called the next day to offer me the position.
