Redman Technologies interview questions

Went through a few hoops and interview session s: - First was an introductory meeting - Followed up by spending 1 - 2 hours on "personality tests" - Second was a "meet the team" meeting - Third was a "follow up meet the team" meeting - Told I was going to get called then got ghosted

Applied online, after a week got a call from one of the owners and had phone screening interview, Had an in-person interview for 45 minutes and it went well. Was advised that I will be contacted soon but never heard anything. Unprofessional.
