The interview process with Reddit has been by far one of the best interviewing experiences I've had of my career thus far. Both the recruiting team and members of the Brand Partnership team were always there to answer any questions and did so with promptness and professionalism.
The process began with a phone screening with one of the recruiters and was more about getting to know me more as well as understanding where Reddit is at as a company. After this, I was set up with the head of the Brand Partnership team for another phone interview to learn more about the team and role. The last step of the process was for an in-person interview at the LA office. During this interview, I met with each member of the team I'd be working with 1:1 for about 20-30 minutes each.
Once the in-person was complete, I got a call from my main recruiting contact two business days later to go over what the team thought and where I was in the process. A few days after that, I was officially offered the position.
Overall, such a great experience and everyone I was in contact with were always willing to answer any questions!
