Interview
Extremely long process. Multiple days of all-day (anywhere from 4-5 hours) interviews with multiple people. I thought numerous times that I was moving to the final step only to get another invite to day long interview schedule. Did not communicate up front it would be that long just talked about the start time and the calendar invite showed the full schedule. It was very repetitive with the different people I spoke with.

Interview
Applied to the position, and was emailed about a phone interview. The interview was 10-15 minutes long. It was the most uncomfortable interview possible, it was awkward and the girl that I spoke with sounded like she didn't know what she was doing.
