I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Indian Land, SC) in May 2015
Interview
Seemed very scripted, even the responses to my answers. Interviewer was looking at his computer the entire time and would ask me similar questions over and over again. Extremely long process, took about 2 hours. I had to read from a script to role play a sales call, feed back wasn't exactly useful.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
