Have to meet with 3-4 different managers to go through the interview process. They make you meet with all the managers, and not just the GM.

Question 1
The GM at the time didn't ask me a single thing that was pertinent to the job. He talked about his engagement, made a few jokes, and then said that I started a few days later.
I interviewed with two different managers, both of them emphasize it being very competitive. Basically just asking for serving experience and if I am able to upsell guests other than that and the red flags I'd say it's easy with experience.
Two person interview, very chill, simple basic questions and I felt very comfortable with them talking and doing the interview with me. It was super easy to get an interview, they called me.
