I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Razorsight (Reston, VA) in Feb 2011
Interview
The recruiter set up the initial phone interview with Charlie Thomas. Mr. Thomas no called/no showed for the interview. The recruiter eventually rescheduled and the interview took place a few days later. I thought that the interview went well but Charlie Thomas decided to pass. He told the recruiter that he was unimpressed with my $1.5 million in audit findings for my current employer. That statement made him seem clueless. Anyone with half a brain can tell you that it takes the same amount of skill and effort to identify a $100 billing error as it does a $1,000,000 billing error. Bigger $ amounts equal bigger billing errors. I was working in the enterprise market while Razorsight specializes in the carrier market. Carrier invoices are significantly bigger and obviously improve your chances of finding bigger claims. The interview process was a waste of my time.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Razorsight (Bengaluru) in Aug 2012
Interview
They had four rounds, the first was Aptitude, second was Group discussion and the third was technical and last was HR. Aptitude was a bit tricky but simple. Topic on GD was interesting. Technical was good.
