I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Randstad
Interview
1st int- phone screen with Recruiter
2nd- phone screen with Area Director
3rd - in person with client VP
Overall this was a positive experience. I met with three individuals in total and each interview lasted about 45 minutes. It took roughly a month to get the offer from when I initially started the interview process. And they do require a couple of assessments to be completed.
The interview process I experienced was impressively quick and thorough, with a team that remained accommodating throughout. From the get-go, the steps were entirely clear, and the recruiters provided consistent feedback on my application status. This transparency, combined with an interviewer who made me feel completely comfortable, created a professional and welcoming atmosphere that truly stands out.

Give me an example of your previous accomplishment
Standard interview process but felt some concerns when they mentioned that the team was shrinking in size. This was a bit of a red flag with a lot of consultants leaving.
Office seemed pretty good.
