For seasonal I was asked why I want to work for RL and then given the job. I then got an offer letter which could be accepted or rejected. The next step was to do orientation and then I was put to work with very little training, you learned as you went.

Interview
Simple and quick. Applied online via LinkedIn and received an invitation for Facetime interview. After further consideration, I was invited in-store for a second interview with the floor manager and general store manager.
