I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Boardman, OH) in Jan 2021
Interview
Oh man, that interview was a breeze. I barely had to do anything. I walked in, and the interviewer was super laid-back—felt more like a casual chat than an actual interview. They mostly just asked about my background, a couple of basic questions about my experience, and honestly, I didn’t even get any of those tricky behavioral questions. No case studies, no role-playing—just a smooth conversation.
At one point, I thought, Is this it? because they seemed more interested in making sure I was a good fit personality-wise rather than grilling me on technical stuff. I answered a few simple questions about why I wanted the job and how I’d handle basic situations, and that was it.
