      Interior Designer Interview

      May 26, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Chesapeake, VA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at RRMM (Chesapeake, VA) in Nov 2016

      Interview

They brief discussed my prior work experience, and barely looked at my portfolio work. The majority of the interview was a general discussion of personal topics. There were three individuals (the "heads" of their area of work) conducting the interview, once they were complete in asking me a variety of questions in no particular order, they called in their manager. He briefly asked why I wanted to work for RRMM and explained that he trusted the three individuals opinion. Since they thought I was a good fit, so did he and would get back to me with an offer. His offer was delivered later that day in an email.
