I was originally told I would have two interviews, then this was changed to three at the second interview. I had to wait for a week after the first interview to find out if I’d got a second interview (and only then after I chased them up about it). Had to wait a further two weeks after the second interview to find out that I hadn’t got the job (and I had to chase them up again). The job description did not specify experience was required of supporting a sales team, or that it was a “sales target based position”...yet these were apparently the reasons why I was unsuccessful in my application.
I would not recommend applying for a role with this company, they do not appear to base their assessment of your suitability for a role,on the actual job description they supplied.
Companies who treat their job applicants like this should be named and shamed!
