I interviewed at RFID4U in 2025 and the process took 1 month. I have given 1 technical round interview where technical questions were asked. I passed and was called in office for 2 round of interview. There I got a scenario and made more than 50 test cases and i passed that also. Then I had a technical round 3 again where he asked me scenario based questions. I was told now the CEO sir will just call you and it will be just a casual round where he will ask you about your family background, education, past experience. For this i waited for 3 weeks and in that waiting period, the technical person asked me to person some task on JIRA. I even passed that and after 1 week, i got call from the CEO and he asked me about AI, ML, PHP and other stuffs(HR told it will be casual, not technical) and later there is no reply yet. The last round of interview was very surprising to me because he asked me those questions which was not mentioned in Job Description and HR also told he will just have a casual talk. I waited for around a month and later i felt like they are ignoring after giving so many tasks and interviews. I had bad experience.
