I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC Bearings (West Trenton, NJ) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online. Initial phone screen and contact with HR quite cordial. In person Interview scheduled 2x. First time postponed by HR and rescheduled with a confirmed email. Showed up but HR contact not there and staff was not expecting me. Had to produce confirmed email. They could not retrieve my resume. Interview cycle with staff was suppose to be 3 hours. Was interviewed by line person which lasted 40 minutes and was sent off on my way. No response after 2 weeks or apologies for snafu. After 2 follow-ups ,HR finally responded via email with offer made to another candidate. Although initial phone screen and scheduling was professional, the onsite and communication of outcome was not.
