Online, very casual and engaging. The interviewer was friendly and professional and I had no negative experiences in the process so far, I am now moving on to the founders interview stage
It's excellent. I did enjoy the aptitude test and how professional they are when communicating with the candidates. It was a great experience in general; I can't complain. Prepare for an extensive process.
The application and interview process was very strict. The process involves first completing various online assessments, then doing a video interview with the recruiter, then doing some case studies before having your interview with the CEO. I found it to be time consuming, but also understand that they want the top 1%, which is why the process is a bit tedious and particular.
