Interview
I came into the interview and filled out paperwork. There was very little small talk. It was a no frills interview where they wanted to test my design skills (ProE) before even reviewing my resume. I went strait to the computer and begun to design the component.

1: How good are you with ProE?
2: Design this component for me. It would take me 20 minutes to design the component I will give you one hour to do it.

they asked specifically if i knew proe. and they test you as well. so be honest in what you know.
They will ask specific skills questions and experience. Detail the experience as much as you can
