I applied through company's recruiting event & had just one interview round with mainly questions related to my previous work experience. It was a group interview & the panel was very supportive.

The interview was welcoming and the person who interviewed me was patient and helped me to understand the position as well as my responsibilities. I was made aware it was a new team and to expect changes and growing pains.
