I applied through other source. I interviewed at Quarsh (Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in May 2017
Interview
My CV was found on a mainstream careers site and Quarsh called me. After an initial "screening call" which was an organic conversation and felt very tailored to me, I was invited to take part in a Skype interview with Lucy. Very rarely do I come away from an interview feeling so inspired and invigorated. Again the conversation was very organic, tailored to myself and the client, but what set Lucy apart was her authenticity and true passion for making an impact! I was then invited to a competency based, more formal interview, in line with the clients values and competencies. Whilst I accepted the job, it ended up being directly with the client, which was fully supported by Quarsh. I only have positive things to say about my experience!

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Quarsh (Bletchley, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Quarsh were flexible and two members of staff made arrangements to interview me out of hours as it would have been tricky for me to take time off from the role I then had. The interview process consisted of two interviews, the first with the manager and a colleague I would be working with day to day and the second with one of the Directors. Both meetings gave me a good sense of their work ethic, innovative way of working and the sense of team in the office.
