Quarles & Brady interview questions

Odd interview process. Between three interviews, I was only ever asked why I wanted the job - They never asked any other questions about my experience, skills, background, competencies, etc. They left basically the entire time in each interview for me to ask questions. It was really unusual. Even in the last round of the process, I wasn’t sure how they could make an informed decision since they had no information about me other than what was on my resume.

I had a 30 minute screening interview with 2 partners. The partners were kind and it was a friendly atmosphere. They just wanted to gain an understanding of how much experience I have.
