I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at QuantuMDx (De Zoom)
Interview
A quick screening with a recruiter, then a single video interview with would-be coworkers and manager, so three other people on the call. Interview was quite quick and they offered me a job shortly thereafter. They then delayed giving me a contract and cancelled the job offer the day before I was due to start. Having accepted their offer, they claimed HR or the hiring manager were ill/busy/on holiday, presumably to defer giving any further information. The recruiter and I had to call and email them several times to get any information, and after 3pm the day before I was due to start, I received a very brief email saying the job was cancelled.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions about my prior experience. Was more of a conversation than a series of questions. Seemed to be technical and behavioural in one. Whole process was quite rushed so maybe they have alternative interview approaches usually.
I applied online. I interviewed at QuantuMDx (Newcastle, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
Initial informal conversation which included broad questions on my work ethic, previous experience, knowledge of QMDx. This was followed by technical interview with relevant technical specialists in the Assay Team which reviewed my competency to do the job e.g. biological knowledge
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at QuantuMDx
Interview
Zoom interview. Really friendly, was more like an informal chat than an interview. They went through my entire CV with me asking questions about my experience but also interests outside of work.
