Easy and everyone was very kind. First was the phone screening . Then an interview in person with management. And then I received and phone call with the job offer and a letter via email.
Easy, 2-step process. I was offered the job not long after but I ended up taking another route. Pretty standard interview, they were engaged in conversation and very personable but also very thorough and wanted to know about your thought-process, how you handle difficult situations or difficult clients, with a heavy emphasis on gear/equipment you're familiar with and if you are adaptable and learn on the go.
