Asked me a few questions about who I am, why publix, what are my strengths and weaknesses, how timely I am, and example scenario. It was pretty easy. It was with a supervisor at first, and then second interview was with store manager ( usually means you'll be hired if you met him/her)

I was contacted within a few days to schedule an interview, and the in-person conversation felt friendly and straightforward. Filled out the application online, got contacted for an interview the day after, setting the interview with the customer service manager for 2 days later. Manager was very friendly, taking as much time as needed to get to know me, Talk about the company and job duties, and answered all my questions in deraul
I went through the interview process as a senior in high school looking for their first job. I felt like the interviewer understood that & tailored with the questions to fit my entry-level status. They were very cordial & provided a comfortable interview environment. However, there was a bit of a waiting period between submitting the application & getting a call-back to schedule the interview.
