Sit down with store manager, talk about your personal values, work ethic, past experience and volunteer work. You then take a drug test answer a few questions and your on your way!
Interview was fine, team member giving the interview did not care. Half of the time they were on their phone not paying attention to me.don't think of coming back to this place

There were loads of questions and a simulation on the online application. It was an easy process. Everyone i spoke with was very nice. I would highly recommend it any students looks for a great starter position or even building a career with publix.

Just easy questions about me and why i want to work at publix, didn't really go into detail and was mostly simple. It's a pretty straight forward process, you can't really mess it up unless you have a bad history or criminal record
