I went through the interview process of PUBLICIS SAPIENT during mid August 2024. It was a pool campus drive for Noida and greater Noida colleges. So the first round was the resume shortlisting why I'm mentioning it as a round is because they literally removed around 50% of my MCA batch in that shortlisting then after this the second round consisted of technical+ Apti. round with 45 minutes for each and question of aptitude were really hard for me but the coding questions were the butter walk, 2 coding questions were there I remember only one which was about the Fibonacci series but questions were quite in direct you gotta read them very carefully. After this the result came out after 6-7 days in which out of 35 students from my college only 7 qualified i was the only one from MCA the others were from B.TECH. After this my interview scheduled for the very next day so be ready for the sudden interview also. The first interview round was technical my interview moreover roamed around DSA DSA and DSA with some networking questions because at the start of the interview I clearly told the interviewer that I've just done DSA. So please be honest with your interviewer it would really help. I CLEARED THE 45-50 MINS OF THE TECHNICAL ROUND with me 2 students also cleared so now out of 7, 3 were left Then came the HR interview which was quite haunting for me because my HR interview went really bad and thw interviewer perceived me as a Arrogant person. As a result I wasn't selected 😕 All the best to anyone who's reading. Prepare yourself really well and also focus on your etiquettes...
