Applied online and had a quick call with HR to make sure everything checked out experience-wise. Scheduled a day-long interview with about ten different people on the team I was applying to work with.

Interview
Quite slow with some emails being missed, with a psychometric online test, an initial interview call, a lengthy assessment day that included two interviews and a group task. Overall took more than a month from initial application to hear back on the final decision. I still don’t know what agency or specific job I might be doing, as we were assessed for several different similar roles.
