They asked me, “Can you describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how you handled it?”
It was not very difficult. We had a conversation about my past experience and about how I can contribute to the company with my skills. Thank you for your consideration.

The interview was great. I had to do a mock sale call with a script, that they provided me with a day before the interview. They asked questions about my past sales history and would I be comfortable working a busy schedule with mandatory overtime.
