After applying on-line, I received a phone call from a Prudential HR representative within an hour. They only asked me a few basic questions on how I'd describe myself. An interview followed two weeks later. Two weeks after the interview I received an offer.

Applied then did a video interview. Then did an interview with two different people. The guy was a little rude and you could tell he was irritated when I asked questions about the company. Based on that I would not recommend anyone working there.
It was honestly a waste of time since they say claims experience is preferred but they will pick someone who has claims experience in general. They will then make you wait weeks to hear anything back
Video call. Asked situational questions. You have to explain and give examples of each of the questions they are asking you. First was a pre screening call then a video ☎️ interview
